Party in style this Halloween at the historic Two-Nineteen Restaurant in Old Town Alexandria. Attendees are encouraged to wear Roaring 20′s themed costumes with a free $12-$16 drink from our master mixologist’s special menu of custom era cocktails. Guests will enjoy a gourmet buffet of popular 20′s cuisine specially prepared by renowned Chef Ryan Ross of Two-Nineteen Restaurant accompanied by significantly discounted premium wines (30% to 60% off) before heading upstairs to the Basin Street Lounge to savor select premium cigars while listening to live blues. Guests can also participate in an authentic underground poker tournament for a chance to win a 6 course tasting menu for two with proceeds benefiting the DC Central Kitchen charity.

To help you get into the spirit, we re offering a complimentary specialty cocktail popular during the 20s for everyone who comes dressed in theme ($12-$16 value). An expert, yes a master mixologist, who specializes in re-creating historically authentic cocktails, will serve you handcrafted drinks from a custom menu.

Dine like the Fitzgeralds by enjoying a delicious gourmet dinner buffet representing an assortment of delectable cuisine popular during the 20s, specially prepared by locally renowned Chef Ryan Ross, a $75 value. Enjoy a bottle of premium wine with friends, or that special someone over dinner, or purchase a bottle to savor for later when the soiree moves upstairs to the Basin Street Lounge. For just this event, we are offering drastically reduced premium bottles of wines with savings of 30% to 60% off regular prices. No limits on wine bottle purchases*.

Whether you re an avid cigar enthusiast, a recent convert, or just captured by its intrigue, come learn more about cigars during one of our light spirited and fun information sessions. And ladies, there is nothing sexier than a woman that knows her cigars, so get in on the action by participating in a cigar session specifically geared towards a more sensitive pallet.

Each ticket package offers a variety of discounted cigar bundles ranging from mid-level to ultra premium choices with savings of 20% to 50% off regular prices (pre-purchase only). Additional premium cigars will also be available for on-site purchase during the soiree.

“Lucky” Luciano Poker Tournament.Ever wondered what it would have been like to play in an underground poker tournament in the dark and seedy basement of a 20s speakeasy? We are hosting two such underground poker tournaments where players can puff on cigars, imbibe on hand crafted cocktails, and compete to play at the Championship Table.The winner receives a voucher for a six-course tasting menu for two from Two-Nineteen prepared by Chef Ryan Ross. $30 to buy a seat (Must Purchase on-site). No cash prize, portion of poker proceeds to benefit the DC Central Kitchen.

There will be two rounds, one starting at 8 o clock and one starting at 10 o clock. Guests who wish to play in the 8 o clock tournament should arrive early to enjoy dinner before the game begins (preferably between 5:30 and 6:30).

And, of course, everyone will enjoy live music by a renowned blues band that will have you dancing the Charlestown, or at least tapping your feet for you non-dancers.
