  • Description: Cabana, the newest edition to The Docks Waterfront Entertainment Complex is set to dazzle patrons this summer with a cool South Beach inspired design, exotic menu, and roomy outdoor terrace. General Manager Tony Grossi explains, Guests have always enjoyed open air dining, but this year we wanted to serve up something special – that’s where Cabana comes in. By combining contemporary design, with relaxed furnishings, and an eclectic menu, we’ve created a little oasis in the heart of Toronto.

Award-winning firm Precipice Studios and uber designer Matthew Davis worked tirelessly for months to create the look and feel of Cabana. Modeled after a resort, the patio restaurant is decked out with slick urban furniture, white canopy coverings, and a rich assortment of leafy green plants. Head designer Matt Davis states, Cabana mixes South Beach style with the urban sensibilities of Toronto – it’s a light and airy space with a splash of sophistication. Open for the busy summer season, the restaurant has both an interior and exterior dining area with a seating capacity of 200.

Executive Chef John Kwan has worked magic in the kitchen to create a menu that is both delicious and health conscious. The day menu is mix of citrus inspired summer salads, lightly spiced appetizers, healthy wraps, and hot off the grill lunch plates. The kitchen also cooks up a stellar evening menu, which includes steak, seafood, fresh fish, and an assortment of sharing plates. In addition, Cabana features a weekend brunch and special kids menu.
